B client is one of the largest Industrial valve manufacturer and exporter or supplier of advanced valve solutions in the world, specializing in the development of innovative designs, through intensive R&D programs and engineering excellence. Its quality and innovative designs are recognized by many global users and EPCs. However, B client still wants to develop a strong marketing & sales team and consigned SCD to offer professional training courses on marketing & sales.
Upon the request, SCD¡¯s top leaders and consultant team discussed with B client¡¯s top management about their company¡¯s overall development strategy and marketing & sales strategy, and analyzed carefully the existing team¡¯s strengths & weaknesses, and defined the points needed to be the improved, then customized a training course aimed at improving direct selling skills, enhancing communication within the sales department and self-management skills.
