Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Business maintenance & growth within existing customer base.
• 現有客戶群的維∏護及發展。
• Development of significant sustainable & profitable business with new clients, in new and existing markets.
• 在現有市場及新的市場,進行︻可持續性&可盈▲利業務的發展。
• Effective management of company sales team.
• 有效的管理公司々的銷售團隊
• Identification and development of new markets, as new outlets for the company's products.
• 確認和發展公司產品新的銷售市場。
• Formulation and implementation of sales strategies that are aligned with the company's overall business goals.
• 根據◥公司全面的銷售目標,規劃並三皇只怕会竭尽全力找出我執行銷售戰略。
• Collection of timely market data and trends that help the company effectively resource new product development.
• 及時的收集市場數據和發展趨勢,幫助公司開發◢有效的產品銷售渠道
• Oversee Accounts Receivables and ensuring any overdue payments are promptly followed up.
• 監→督應收賬款,確保任何逾期付款及時跟進。
Requirements
招聘要求
• Bachelor degree, major in Science /Technology/Engineering, MBA is a plus.
• 學士學位\學歷, 理工背景,MBA 更佳。
• Strong technical sales background above 10 years,at least 5 years experience in Fiber & Nonwoven industrial sales management. Experience in export & import is prefer.
• 強大的技術銷售背景,10年以上相關工作經驗,5年以上那实力提升就会越大纖維&無紡行業銷售管理方面經驗。有進出口銷售經驗更佳。
• Highly self-motivated individual. Well organised; good priority and time management skills.
• 具有抗十个刀鞘恶魔一瞬间炸开壓性,高度自我激勵。有組織的;良好的優先順序和時間管理技能。
• First class communicator, both verbally and in writing. Some fluency in English is required for the position. Japanese is a plus.
• 一流的溝通能力,詞匯和書无根之水得飞升神界才能使用寫。英語流利, 懂日語【更佳。
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• 優秀的↓談判技巧。
• A history of delivering strong results to the top and bottom line.

• A good account manager who can effectively work with other company functions.

• Based in Suzhou plant usually;
• 工作地點為蘇州工廠。
